The Micronic TPE Capcluster with Internal Thread is a sheet of 96 push caps that can be used to seal an entire rack of 96 tubes at once. After the capcluster is used to seal a rack of push cap tubes, the foil backing can be removed to leave each tube individually capped. The Micronic TPE Capcluster with Internal Thread can seal the following 96-well format tubes: the 0.50ml, 0.75ml, 1.10ml, 1.40ml, 2.00ml, and 2.50ml internally threaded Micronic tubes. Product features

Multipiercable

The TPE capclusters can be pierced repeatedly without losing seal integrity. They can be used to seal sample storage tubes in temperatures as low as -80°C.

Tube Compatibility

The TPE capclusters are compatible with 96-well format tubes and are available in 13 colors: natural, white, yellow, orange, red, pink, purple, blue, light blue, light green, green, black, and grey.

Flexible Quantities

The TPE capclusters can be purchased online in large packs of 240 mats. To order smaller packs of 40 mats, please contact our sales team.

Resistance

The TPE capclusters resist chemical solvents. All caps are produced in a class 7 clean room and are RNase/DNase and Pyrogen free.

  • Material Thermo Plastic Elastomer
  • Cap height 4.8 mm
  • Temperature range -80°C to +100°C (without retaining foil)
  • Available sterile, gamma radiated, (15 kGy avg.) or Et0 treated
  • Available pre-capped on Micronic push cap tubes
  • Available with split septum to pierce with pipette tip
