An electric, user-friendly way to cap 96 push cap tubes in less than 7 seconds

Micronic Push Cap Capper CP600

The Push Cap Capper CP600 & CP610 can cap 0.50ml, 0.75ml, 1.10ml, 1.40ml, 2.00ml and 2.50ml push cap tubes with TPE Capmats, Capbands and Capclusters, or EVA Capmats. For your convenience, the capper operates without any buttons. Simply pull out the capper drawer, place the rack of tubes on the drawer surface, and put the capmat, capband or capcluster on the tubes. Then, push the drawer inside to cap the tubes automatically.

Compatibility

The CP600 & CP610 are compatible with all Micronic 96-format tubes (up to 1.40ml) and racks.

Flexibility

The CP600 & CP610 can be used to cap partially full or full racks of push cap tubes (min. 10 tubes required).

The CP600 & CP610 have a compact and robust design that operates without any buttons.

Consistent capping result

The CP600 & CP610 are designed with a controlled pressure system to ensure an even capping result.
