With the Sigma Screw Cap Recapper from AYFS3G, researchers can cap and decap entire racks of 96-, 48-, and 24-well format screw cap tubes in less than 30 seconds. Designed with efficiency in mind, the Sigma Recapper can be operated as a stand-alone instrument or integrated into a fully automated laboratory environment.
By replacing manual labor with automation, researchers can focus on what matters most: doing effective research. The Sigma is ideal for high throughput workflows and is available in three different models: the Sigma96 for (de)capping 96-well format racks, the Sigma48 for (de)capping 48-well format racks, and the Sigma24 for (de)capping 24-well format racks.
The Sigma Screw Cap Recapper can be custom made to work with a range of tube brands. Equipped with an interface (API) for integration, the Sigma can work in sync with larger robotic systems like liquid handlers.
