Micronic’s externally threaded screw caps securely seal tubes for long-term sample storage at ultra-low temperatures. To meet the diverse needs of different researchers, Micronic offers a range of sealing solutions. Externally threaded tubes can be sealed with standard screw caps for tubes with external thread—caps that are available for the following tubes sizes: 0.30ml, 0.75ml, and 1.40ml (96-well), 1.00ml and 4.00ml (48-well), and 3.50ml (24-well).
Product features
Externally threaded screw caps have a triple-start thread for optimal sample storage and are designed to lock when sealed to prevent over tightening.
The externally threaded screw caps are compatible with 96-well (0.30ml, 0.75ml, and 1.40ml), 48-well (1.00ml and 4.00ml), and 24-well (3.50ml) tubes.
The externally threaded screw caps are designed specifically for automated processes and are available in transparent and six different colors.
The externally threaded screw caps resist chemical solvents. All caps are produced in a class 7 clean room and are RNase/DNase and Pyrogen free.
