Micronic offers screw caps in disposable cap carriers that are fully compatible with their automated screw cap (de)capping equipment. Based on the ANSI/SLAS standards, these screw cap carriers can accommodate 96-, 48-, and 24-well format internally or externally threaded screw caps.
Product features
The silicon O-ring on the internally threaded screw caps and the unique locking feature of the externally threaded screw caps provides the most optimal seal for ultra-low temperature storage.
The internally threaded screw caps are compatible with 96-well (0.50ml, 0.75ml, 1.10ml ,1.40ml, and 2.00ml), 48-well (4.00ml), and 24-well (6.00ml) tubes and the externally threaded screw caps are compatible with 96-well (0.30ml, 0.40ml, 0.75ml, 0.80ml, and 1.40ml), 48-well (1.00ml and 4.00ml), and 24-well (3.50ml) tubes.
All Micronic screw caps are compatible with the Micronic capping and decapping equipment.
Micronic screw caps resist chemical solvents. All caps are produced in a class 7 clean room and are RNase/DNase and Pyrogen free.
